Eid-Co

This is currently a work in progress but the layout has been approved so I'm going to display it. Eid-Co came to ITM for a website redesign and functionality upgrade. I won't go into the specifics of what we finalized on for features but I will have a link to it here once it is completed. I developed this layout based on the colors Eid-Co uses frequently and the style that they were seeking.

Pam Nikle

This is currently a work in progress and will be online in the next couple days. Pam Nikle needed a design that matched her print advertising. After receiving the incorrect specifications and going through a few revisions I came up with a design that she approved. Below are two screen shots of the layout. The first is one of the incorrect layouts and the second is the approved homepage. The right side section containing an image is going to display listings when featured listings are set by Pam and one of a few stock photos when there are not.

Remax

This is a custom design for Remax of Fargo/Moorhead. It was originally started by another designer at ITM Media but was passed along to me for client changes and production into a XHTML template for Integrity Agents. I ended up modifying the content section of the layout, the sidebar and header are from the original that I was given. I added continuity with opposing curves in blue and red to tie the layout together from the left column to the right. I chose the larger stock photo of the Veteran's Memorial Bridge that crosses the river between Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN because of its' usage of curves in relation to the design.

Robb Johnson

Another custom layout created under Integrity Agents by ITM was for Robb Johnson. He said he loved this image of the Fargo, ND Depot. He wanted it featured in his design along with ReMax's slogan and his cell number. Here are a couple of designs I developed for him.

LuAnn White

LuAnn White asked for curves, blue, and animated shots related to the real estate industry and Fargo. I put together many samples for her to approve and we finalized on a layout that includes some flash for the image rotation, floral textured blues contrasted with solid white borders and a gradient content background.

Kathy Colliton

This was one the many fully custom designs that I developed for Integrity Agents. Kathy needed to match her website to her company and to her business card. I worked with the blockiness of the Coldwell-Banker logo and utilized the house designs from her business card to give the site some texture and color. Her name was layed emerging from the horizon just behind the houses as though to say "Here is a rising star in real estate."

Integrity Agents Templates

Listed below are a set of templated site layouts that I developed for the Integrity Agents project. They are offered in any colors the customer would prefer and are fully XHTML 1.1 compliant.

  1. Template 1
  2. Template 2
  3. Template 3
  4. Template 4
  5. Template 5

Join ITM

To assist the growth of the Integrity Agents service. We developed a site to recruit Realtors/ex-Realtors to sell our service in their area to their networked contacts on commission. I helped with the layout and created the javascript that runs the interface.

Integrity Agents

This is the main project that I worked on at ITM Media. I developed a few templates but usually was put on the task of developing fully custom layouts. I also did the majority of the styling through out services' the site itself.

Daily Visual

This site was developed as kind of a fun litle project at work and will eventually be one of the first in our network to use our advertising/revenue generation service. The gold and yellow colors make it feel happy to me and the simple layout allows for easy adjustments and additions as ITM expands, adds other features and possibly repurposes the site. Stay tuned.

ITM Media

I created the layout and logo for my current employers. They needed something that would give them a profesional image. As most IT staff knows, the internet is sometimes referred to as the cloud. It's immense, some what unknown and all mixed together. The arrow represents ITM moving beyond the rest of the cloud. Pairing the logo with a double gradient background and large menu buttons nicely fills out the header while leaving a the page content background white for maximum readability.

International Action Research Program

One of my roomates asked me to develop this layout for them. Although it hasn't been put to use yet it will be soon. This is the new layout for the International Action Research Program at NDSU. The sidewalk represents the human connection and modification between the places we travel when we travel and the act of touring in the sence of a guided path whether it be through the forests or through the cities.

MSUM Alcohol and Other Drugs

I created this layout at my job on campus. It was inserted into their content management system so the department can maintain the site on its own. I feel this layout has a very fresh, clean feel to it.

North River IT

This site was part of a rebranding package I did. I came up with a few suggestions for a new name and some logo to match and let the company decide where they wanted to go. From there I developed matching business cards and this website.

MSUM Admissions

This layout, which comes in two styles and was put into the campus content management system, was developed as a redesign to the admissions site. The front page is has a flash header while the sub-pages flip the two side columns and have a image header.
